The hotel's location was central, to all the attractions of the old city in Chiang Mai. And it was also close to the theater, temples, museum and Sunday night market and great local restaurants, juice bars and pubs.
No complaints!

The room size was much larger than expected, especially compared to other hotels in the area. It was a nice surprise to have a bathtub in the room as well. The amenities and facilities provided were great, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Another plus was the location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to taxis.
The hotel lacked the authentic Thai feel and had more of a corporate chain vibe. It didn't quite capture the charm and atmosphere of the surrounding area.
